I am a lupus sufferer and i have recently been diagnosed with avascular necrosis of my right hip after performing a mri scan. treatment options?

Orthopedic Eval: I would strongly recommend that you go have an orthopedic evaluation, preferably with an adult hip specialist. Treatment for this can range from observation, medication, to surgery. Treatment for avascular necrosis once the hip has collapsed requires a total hip replacement. Sometimes surgeries can be done before the hip collapses to help preserve your native hip. Get it evaluated.
