What if you have to much lung pressure? what can that mean?

Be more specific: Do you mean a pressure in the chest, like a sense of discomfort? Or do you mean too much pressure to inflate the lungs? If you give some context, we might be able to make sense of the question, which currently doesn't make a lot of sense.
