??nothing: Just pressure in the chest may be nothing or some musculoskeletal problem, heart, esophagus problems. If you continue to have the pressure like sensation get it checked.

Many things: It could be a heart problem. This would be what most people would want to rule out first. It could be reflux disease or heartburn. You could have gall bladder disease causing chest pain or pressure. Esophageal abnormalities could be the source as well. Occasionally a pulmonary source could be the reason for chest pressure as well, including infections.
