Possibly arrhythmias: In someone young with no family heart history it may well be a benign (non-life-threatening) arrhythmia that can be treated with medications or an catheter ablation procedure to eliminate the electrical circuit in the heart causing the arrhythmia. However, other, rare life-threatening conditions need to be excluded. See a doctor.

Need to a physician.: When you have tachycardia, fast heart rate, then chest pain is also possible. In young people it is unlikely that the chest pain is due to disease of the coronary arteries. In older people coronary artery disease may be a possibility. You need to have this evaluated and should see a cardiac electrophysiologist soon.
