I am 15 wks pregnant, recently tapered off klonopin and was put on buspar (not working, social phobia/panic attacks & unable to leave house). is it safe to have severe anxiety, should i go on low dose klonopin?

Anxiety & pregnancy: Buspar is a different medication than Klonopin, so it is understandable that it was not an even replacement. There are risks to taking Klonopin while pregnant, however, so I would discuss the risks vs benefits with your OB-GYN before going back on the Klonopin. Buspar is not the only option to replace Klonopin, so I would discuss alternatives with your OB as well.
