Panic Attacks: Are you under care of a psychiatrist?Need to get meds adjusted and only Klonopin (clonazepam) will not treat the underlying anxiety need a good combination of meds. There are a lot of meds available dont lose hope get in with a psychiatrist and get better all the best.

I've been taking klonopin (clonazepam) for 10 years for anxiety and panic attacks. I'm 6 weeks pregnant and have tapered down to .5 mg and cannot go any lower.
Is it bad to switch off between taking ativan and klonopin? I usually take klonopin if I wake up with alot of anxiety and ativan for sudden panic attacks during the day. Is this okay or will it cause problems?
