Carbs and Protein: I suggest taking over 80 g of protein and over hundred grams of complex carbohydrates in three meals and two snacks on a daily basis. Also if you are trying to gain weight muscle building is crucial. If you want to gain weight you want to gain it in a healthy fashion in the right places and exercises makes you gain muscle weight and not increase your comorbidities for other diseases.
