Weight gain: Your body mass index (bmi) is low, at 19.1. If you have not been tested for hyperthyroidism (h), go to physician and get a TSH level sent off to see if you have it. If you, you may need treatment for it. If not, a low bmi is due to malnutrition. Try to eat calorie dense food, such as peanut butter that can add some weight which increasing your bmi. Good luck.
