Im a 20 year old at 6'2, 150 pounds, & i hate being skinny. i work out, eat lots, including protein powder, but can't seem to gain weight. suggestion?

Weight gain: Your body mass index (bmi) is low, at 19.1. If you have not been tested for hyperthyroidism (h), go to physician and get a TSH level sent off to see if you have it. If you, you may need treatment for it. If not, a low bmi is due to malnutrition. Try to eat calorie dense food, such as peanut butter that can add some weight which increasing your bmi. Good luck.
