I had a total hysterectomy i had my first visit after surgery and got my pathology results it says serous borderline tumor/atypical proliferative ?

Pathology results: Your pathology report results listed are incomplete. The "borderline serous tumor" is probably ovarian in nature. The "atypical proliferative" is presumptively, the endometrium. Please go over the complete results with your treating GYN MD who did the hysterectomy and he/she can give you a accurate interpretation and what to do about any follow up if needed.
