Should i still be getting yearly physicals @ the age of 42 when i have had a hysterectomy in 2020, but left my ovaries? i have had multiple medical issues just surgery wise since i was 18, first having my thyroid removed due to over active @ 18?

At age 42, with a hysterectomy (including removal of the cervix) with preservation of ovaries, if pain, bloating occurs, see your GYN for an exam and possible ultrasound, especially if you have a family history of breast or ovarian cancer.
