I had a total hysterectomy as i had cancer in the lining of the uterus. according to the pathology results after surgery the cancer did not spread. i was told its stage1b.what treatment will i need?

May be none: You may not need any further treatment if the entire cancer was removed with the uterus. Your GYN MD or Oncologist may want to run additional studies to be certain that there is no further spread of the cancer outside of the uterus. Please follow their advice on his matter.
