Work closely: This combo requires your provider to stay very involved since there is a higher risk for seizure side effects. But, if that's not a problem - it might be effective. Almost all psych meds seem to have as a possible side effect the very symptom complained of. It's a reason I urge trying talk therapy 1st - adding meds only if needed. Think about it, but don't just stop! Withdrawal's a real concern!
