On for ocd 200 mgs of zoloft added wellbutrin (bupropion) 200 mgs. i was wondering if risperidone in a low dose would be better as an add on than wellbutrin (bupropion)?

Very different: at the level of Zoloft you are using, any medication changes should be made after consultation with a qualified practitioner. Rispridone is VERY different than wellbutrin (bupropion).
