On 2nd day after nose injury not much pain,no black eye but little sweling that is however increasing.is it a cause of concern? should i take ibprufn?

I believe it is: quite reassuring that the injury isn't too serious if you have no pain or bruising. I wouldn't worry about the swelling, which is the result of tissue inflammation and destruction, unless it continues to grow or function is significantly impaired: nasal obstruction impairing breathing, throat obstruction, etc. If you don't have pain, I wouldn't take ibuprofen just for swelling. Icing might help.
