can a minor head injury cause infertility for a man? my husband was hit by a car while riding his bike when he was a child. he had some type of small plate placed in his head. i guess he lost fluid or something, i'm not sure. he's 45 now and has no childr

It : It is possible but unlikely, that the head injury has anything to do with infertility. The best test is for him to check his sperm count. This really shouldn't be very expensive but would answer a lot of your questions. Best wishes.
