Height: Exercise will not increase your height. We don't know your current age, weight, height, etc. Please see your doctor who MAY do some blood work to measure your hormone levels, nutritional status, etc. Good nutrition can benefit overall health. Even brisk walking daily can be a helpful form of exercise. Peace and good health.

None available: Your post failed to list any meaningful info like age, height, etc. Most of those asking are in their early 20's. If you want to know if there is any more potential for you to grow, an x-ray of your wrist/hand can be studied for growth centers. If all the growth centers in the x-ray are closed, you are finished. This is seen in most males by 18.
