Probably not: At your age, it is unlikely that it is oral cancer. The tonsils are like a drainage filter for your mouth and nose. They find things other than you that pass by, and they call for help from white blood cells. Your mouth may be irritated from the chew, especially if you use one side more than the other. See your doctor if it continues and stop using tobacco.
