No worries: Only certain throat cancers, not all oral cancer, are due to HPV; and those cancers are caused by HPV16, which doesn't cause genital warts. You definitely are not at risk from your past GWs. Despite increasing HPV related throat cancer and media attention to it, it remains uncommon. When it happens, usually after age 50, and causes no scratchy throat or other symptoms. So no worries about it!

You're doing OK: While no one can predict what will happen in future, it sounds like you're doing all the right things. At your age mouth cancer is very uncommon. You are avoiding the three most important risk factors: Smoking, Drinking and Periodontal disease. In your place, I would relax and continue the healthy lifestyle and regular dental checkups.
