I had a barium swallow test done and they said that i have a blockage in the esophagus. they need to do a camera scope. could it be a tumor?

Most likely not: Most likely not but needs to be ruled out! At your age most likely is related to reflux. The esophagus can create a ring that tries to keep acid in the stomach. However, be diligent and get that scope done
