Nothing will work: I'm sorry. Acne scars may be treated by a specialist with a laser, or microsurgery or fillers. If your acne is still active, your physician can manage it -- ignore all "pop" wisdom about acne. I understand you also have rosacea and I trust this is being managed as well. Truth be told, a man doesn't need a "perfect face" -- looks are much more about physical fitness and how you interact. Best wishs
