Mole: Moles should be evaluated by a dermatologist and not manipulated . Please follow up with a dermatologist this week or next you may need a biopsy. Please do not manipulate or try to remove the mole

Probably not acne: Discrete lesions are often best disposed of by a dermatologist who can remove the mole/bump/problem and have it examined under the microscope.
