I had an abdominal and pelvic ct scan last month. my groin was not protected. my sperm count is low and i can no longer hold an erection. my radiation dosage was at 865 dlp which seems like it converts to 16 mgy. is this permenent? was dose too high?

Dose not hi: The problem you describe are not from that level of X-ray exposure. The issues that you are describing need a good evaluation from a urologist

The CT had: no effect on your sperm count or erectile function. Radiation risks from diagnostic x-rays are primarily concerned with cumulative, long-term cancer risks. Best bet is to see a urologist for an evaluation.
