First, make sure that your OB MD does a blood test (TSH) to make sure that you are on the appropriate dose of Synthroid and it is therapeutic. Secondly. talk to a Nutritionist if you are obese before attempting pregnancy to improve your diet. Obese patients have a limited required wt. gain in PG.
