What's the best medicine to treat hypothyroidism during pregnancy? i'm on synthroid (thyroxine) should i take cytomel too?

No need.: Cytomel is useful when either a rapid rise, or a rapid fall, in thyroid hormone levels is needed. If there is need to adjust dosage in pregnancy, slower acting synthroid (thyroxine) works just fine.
