Eating makes me feel better. was raised told by my mom i have hypoglycemia but have only tested below 70 twice. could eating have a placebo effect?

Yes, but we don't...: We don't have to call the good feeling we get after eating, a placebo effect. We can just consider it the normal good feeling a normal person gets after eating something. Such a feeling is part of all normal humans, and has obvious evolutionary benefits (people who enjoyed eating were more likely to survive and thus reproduce and pass that trait on to their offspring).
