Never change: Some folks never change. These habits may go back generations and even are related to psychosocial issues or culttural issues. Perhaps your husband is interested enough to learn that adding more fruit and vegetables and limiting red meat can improve his chances for long term survival. Sometimes people just want to die younger and happier.
