I saw a friend days ago and her mom told her today that a friend that had visited a week ago had a daughter who tested positive for covid. my friend kept her distance from her moms friend and never actually had contact with the daughter. am i exposed?

Probably not exposed: It doesn't count as an exposure unless you have contact with a COVID infected person. Contact with an asymptomatic contact to a case usually doesn't count.

COVID 19 concerns: There does not appear to be any direct contact with COVID 19. If you hear that your friend becomes COVID 19 positive that would be different.
