Recently i have been very dizzy upon standing and even sitting at some points when i stretch. i have recently flown, could this have contributed?

Unlikely: Not likely unless you are short of breath and having chest pains. You should see y our doctor to get checked. Check a pregnancy test and drink lots of fluids in the meantime.

Try fluids check bp: You are 18 and female. You recently travel. Try to drink more fluids such as water. Do this 10 to 30 minutes before getting up to move around. If you notice improvements then you are dehydrated. You should check your blood pressure and always see a doctor for persistent issues
