Recently if im just sitting down watching tv i start to feel nausea and dizziness, and it doesn't go away. what could be causing this?

Nausea and dizziness: The most common cause of your symptoms is anner ear problems. Which are self limited most of the time and you could take an otc antihistamine. If symptoms persist see your pcp.
