Abnormal: Your drop in diastolic BP is abnormal - it should rise with standing. Your pulse should rise by around 10 - yours is excessive. The 2 most likely contributing factors are your blood pressure medicines and ?Dehydration. If you're on a diuretic, it should be reconsidered.
