Cholesterol: I recommend you begin, if you are not already exercising, daily exercise of moderate level and watch your intake of the following: red meats, high fat dairy products, starchy processed foods with saturated fats, and high sugar content foods. Increase your intake of fiber through fruits and vegetables and chose fish rich in omega 3 such as salmon!

Diet: Cholesterol can be lowered by avoiding certain foods containing cholesterol and saturated fats found in dairy products(ice cream, butter, cheese) and red meats, processed meats as well as transfats found in processed foods including bakerie foods. A Mediterranean diet works well. Include exercise and weight reduction, high fiber foods like oatmeal. Google low cholesterol diet.

Cholesterol : AT LEAST five portions, or ideally 7-9 portions, of a variety of fruit and vegetables per day.A THIRD OF MOST MEALS should be starch-based foods (such as cereals, wholegrain bread, potatoes, rice, pasta), plus fruit and vegetables.INCLUDE 2-3 portions of fish per week. If you eat red meat, it is best to EAT LEAN RED MEAT, or eat poultry such as chicken.
