Drugs for infarct: 1. Get your cholesterol as low as you can. If LDL does not get to goal then information is put into one of the CAD risk factor calculators and if risk is high enough and you agree you most likely you will be placed on a statin. Cant name them all. Also may need BP meds and aspirin and Beta blockers. Only your Cardiologist can tell you what YOU should be doing. Also stop smoking if you smoke now
