Just did complete blood test... everything normal except rbc - 6.5 m/ul, mcv - 70.7fl, mch 22.3pg and platelets 105k/ul. please why could the platelet?

Lots of stuff: I suspect you have beta thalassemia minor and this is good to know in case you plan to marry someone else who has it too. The platelets are a wee bit low and this isn't from "thal minor"; and there can be lots of different causes; you're in no danger from it, but I suggest it get repeated sometime soon.
