Not stress related: In rare cases after delivery specially if there is significant bleeding at time of delivery can cause pituitary problems ( Sheehan syndrome). I would suggest to collect 24 hour unine for free cortisol to rule out Pituitary/adrenal problem that could be contributing to your low blood pressure & fatigue.

Not stress: With stress high blood pressure and heart rate. How is your nutrition? Are you getting enough excercise and rest? If you are asking if a low thyroid function can cause this: absolutely it could. But see your doctor to explore and rule out whatever is most likely physiologically/medically. Take care.
