I doubt it ...: but maybe there are a few too many uncommon events for comfort: open skin, rusty spots, etc. The signs and symptoms of tetanus (lock jaw) are not pain where it entered but muscle spasms, jaw cramping, trouble swallowing etc. But I think a prompt doctor visit is warranted in any case for a brief exam and updating your tetanus vaccine at a minimum.
