Clean the wound: A good cleansing & close monitoring over the next day or two should help you find out if this becomes more of a problem.You are covered on the tetanus angle so forget it, focus on chances your foot could develop a deep abscess. Swelling /redness & pain would herald this possibility.

Covered for tetanus: You needn't worry about tetanus. Your DPT shot covers you for ten years. Make sure you keep, the wound clean and apply antibiotic ointment to wound.

Clean it well: Wash it with soap and water, bandage. Keep an eye out for redness, swelling or increased pain.
