Many modalities: Managing migraine can be complex, and there are many options. If you have tried the mainstays of prophylaxis (medications to prevent rather than treat) then a trial of botox for migraines is very reasonable, and has shown promising positive results.

Multiple solutions to migraine headache prevention are available. The CGRP class is impressively effective and likely will replace BOTOX in many. OTC products such as butterbur, feverfew, magnesium, CoQ-10, riboflavin may work well in some. A neurologist who specializes in headaches could be a valuable resource for you.
