Migraines: Generally speaking only chronic migraines have been shown to respond to Botox injections.

Botox : Basilar type migraine is a subset of migraine with aura. If your headaches are >15 days a month, lasting 4 hours or more, you are in chronic migraine category and Botox can be helpful. See a headache specialist.
