Why?: Surbex Z is a multi vitamin. It is going to nothing for your shoulder pain and there is no reason to chew it because it is going to taste nasty.

Vitamins?: I presume the Surbex Z is a multivitamin prep and thus you can chew it although the taste may be terrible. I don't know how this would help your shoulder ache however
