Dose seems safe: Most of the b vitamins at high levels are well tolerated, but vitamin b-6 at ultra high doses can be toxic to spinal cord and peripheral nerves. In that case would advice against total intake above 400 mg daily. Your b-1, b-2, and Niacin all seem well within appropriate ranges.

Water soluble: Vitamin b is water soluble, and excess, unused vitamin b will be excreted in urine, turning it a bright yellow. In other words, very expensive urine. For detailed info on overdose levels, please see: http://overdoseinfo.Com/vitamin-b-overdose-levels-symptoms-treatment/.

Possibly: These amounts may be acceptable in some patients and not in others. Please contact your md for appropriate evaluation.
