Surbex-Z: Surbex-z is a vitamin complex made by abbot labs: http://tinyurl.Com/mf92rf2 . It is basically a b-complex vitamin with zinc and some vitamin c. I don't know that it will correct your tiredness or muscular pains, but taking it daily is not likely to harm you. Please also see a physician for proper evaluation of your symptoms. Be well.
