Unclear: Sorry, haven't heard of this drug. From your symptoms I wonder if you are suffering from depression? I would see an Md and get a few labs checked first.

Surbex: Surbex is a vit B complex multivitamin - if you are vitamin deficient from poor diet, liver disease or chronic alcohol consumption it may help BUT from reading your symptoms you may benefit more if you see your physician and talk to them about your symptoms and your mental stress - they may have better suggestions to try and manage your symptoms.
