Abscess : Is very likely from your description and needs to be rapidly excluded and if found treated with drainage to reduce the risk of serious infection. Please see a doctor in person urgently

Infection? Cyst?: Depending on exactly where this is located (e.g. next to the anus or further from it) this could be a perianal abscess, and infected pilonidal cyst, or other infected sebaceous cyst. You may need an antibiotic and/or minor surgery to cure this and/or prevent recurrence in the future. See a doctor soon.
