This is probably a basic abscess, filled with bacteria and pus. Suggest seeing a dermatologist or gen surgeon to have the remaining pus removed and possibly be started on an oral antibiotic. However, due to its location, it might be a pilonidal cyst which may warrant a bit more aggressive surgical treatment.
