Sounds like a hem...: ...Morrhoid. Your description sounds like an inflamed hemorrhoid. I would suggest warm soaks (sitz baths) 3 or 4 times a day, keeping stools soft, and local anesthetic cream such as prep h. If no better in 2 or 3 days then you need someone to take a look.
