Asthma ?: Methacholine test is about 80% sensitive in detecting asthma and thus you may still have asthma based on your response to albuterol especially if you have improvement in lung function test to prove it. On the other hand, the relief may be from a placebo effect. Obesity itself creates a different type of asthma and thus weight loss should be pursued (exercise + diet). Ap
