Highly unlikely: Fortunately, rabies is transmitted by the saliva of an infected animal. If your cat is not showing any abnormal symptoms (acting strangely) then there is even less likelihood, however it is not "impossible" to get rabies virus through a scratch, it is even less likely from a very minor scratch. Since you were washing your cat the claws and the wound were likely pretty clean also.
