How do you know: Unless you have had surgery to look at that you might think there is a lot of scarring but you dont know until you go in. You need to plan that out from a fertility standpoint and surgical standpoint. So you need to coordinate care with a fertility specialist who operates a lot and a general surgeon and possible a urologist if you have reason to suspect that much scar tissue.
