I'm 2 weeks postop laparotomy for ovary removal for cysts and endometriosis. my issue is severe bowel/gas pains and i'm not constipated. normal?

No: Not normal. But in the case of severe endometriosis with bowel adhesions it can occurs. If you have fevers or bloody stools or anything would see you doctor immediately. Still would give them a call since you should likely feel a little better by now.
