Give it more time: The treatment you had (azithromcyin 1 gram) is highly effective. It often takes a week or more for symptoms to clear entirely. If you still have discharge after about 10 days, recheck with the doctor or clinic treating you. If symptoms clear up, retesting is advised after 3-4 months, mostly to detect reinfection, but sometimes to diagnose uncommon treatment failures.
